Ukraine, Russia Agree to Swap 6k Bodies of Soldiers

Delegations from Russia and Ukraine met on Monday in Turkey for their second round of direct peace talks in just over two weeks, but the discussion lasted only slightly more than an hour and produced no major progress towards ending the 3-year-old war, officials said.

Speaking in Vilnius, Lithuania, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said both sides "exchanged documents through the Turkish side, and we are preparing a new release of prisoners of the war". The two sides also agreed to swap 6,000 bodies of soldiers killed in action.
At the negotiating table, Russia presented a memo setting out the Kremlin's terms for ending hostilities, the Ukrainian delegation said.
