SC JUNKS PLEA FOR DEFAMATION CASE AGAINST REVANTH

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a petition seeking defamation proceedings against Telangana chief minister A Revanth Reddy for accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of ending reservations, saying that courts are not the place for fighting political battles.
