Punjab guv hits back at CM over 'derogatory' remarks in assembly

Punjab governor Banwarilal Purohit on Wednesday said he would examine the constitutional legality of the recently concluded two-day special session of the legislative assembly that saw passage of three bills before deciding the fate of the legislations.
CHANDIGARH: Addressing a press conference in Chandigarh a day after the two-day assembly session concluded, the governor hit back at Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann's "derogatory" remarks in the House amid the ongoing tussle between the Raj Bhavan and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)-led government.
