Polling in 38 J'khand seats, including CM's

The curtains came down on Monday on the campaigning for second phase of polling for the Jharkhand assembly elections, after weeks of high-octane rallies by several political leaders, controversial speeches and trading of charges over various issues ranging from corruption and communal polarization, to cross-border infiltration from Bangladesh.
At least 12.3 million people will be eligible to decide the fate of 528 candidates across 38 constituencies on Wednesday, data shared by the Election Commission showed.
On the last day of campaigning, several senior leaders addressed rallies and held road shows in the state.
In Ranchi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi reiterated the seven guarantees of the INDIA bloc at a press conference.
