A growing health concern that continues to threaten the health of Indians at large is Chronic Kidney Disease, which often shows itself when it's too late. With diabetes and hypertension fuelling its rise, early awareness and proactive care are key to saving lives

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a growing health crisis in India, often undiagnosed until the advanced stages. This condition, where the kidneys progressively lose their function, can lead to complete kidney failure if left untreated, requiring dialysis or a transplant. With limited awareness and delayed detection, millions of Indians suffer from CKD without even knowing the root cause of their deteriorating health.

DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION: A DEADLY DUO

The two most significant risk factors for CKD—diabetes and hypertension -are on the rise in India. Over 77 million Indians have diabetes, and hypertension affects nearly one in three adults. These conditions gradually damage the kidneys, impairing their ability to filter waste from the blood.
