Actor-model Alankrita Anup Sahai feels that the way mental health issues are perceived in Indian society needs to change
"There are just extremes to define mental health issues, and no one talks about the gravity of the subject. Every person has their own share of grief to battle with. For such issues, one should seek proper counselling with a well-trained professional who is educated enough to deal with them," says the actor, who's been a part of films like Love per Square Foot and Namaste Eng
