RANCHI: The 2011 batch Jharkhand cadre IAS officer Chhavi Ranjan, whom Enforcement Directorate (ED), on May 4, 2023 arrested for alleged involvement in illegal dealing with Indian Army land during his two-year tenure as Ranchi DC from July 2020, wants a copy of high court advocate Himanshu Mehta's statement before the federal agency, but the ED denied to provide the same.
