Doraemon director dies at 84

Anime director Tsutomu Shibayama has passed away due to lung cancer at the age of 84. Though the direction died on March 6, the official announcement by Japanese animation studio Asia-do was made on March 17. Shibayama, who spent 20 years as a director, was popularly known for his work on the Doraemon film and TV series.
