THE DIGITISATION OF REGISTERED DOCUMENTS AS OLD AS OVER 100 YEARS IS BEING DONE TO PRESERVE THE OLD RECORDS OF MAINLY LANDED PROPERTIES SO THAT LAND OWNERS COULD GET TITLE DEEDS
PATNA: The registration department has undertaken a mammoth exercise of digitising all registered documents since 1908 while digitisation of 2.34 crore registered deeds from 1995 to 2025 has been already done, according to officials in the department.
