Amarnath pilgrims hit by certificate glitch

Pilgrims from Jharkhand intending to visit Amarnath Dham were unable to register online on the first day of registration on Monday, as the health department failed to share the list of authorised doctors issuing compulsory health certificates with the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB), the registering authority, according to people familiar with the matter.
