'94.8% CONVICTION RATE IN MONEY LAUNDERING CASES UNDER ED'

NEW DELHI: The Union government informed Parliament on Tuesday that the Enforcement Directorate's conviction rate under prevention of money laundering act is 94.82% with courts delivering judgements in 58 cases till date, with 55 cases resulting in conviction of 123 accused persons.
