27-Year-Old Lures Girl With Char Dham Trip, Rapes Her, Arrested

A 27-year-old man was held on charges of kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old girl while keeping her confined at his house in Chamoli district under the pretext of taking her to Char Dham yatra, people in the know said on Monday, adding another 19-year-old friend of the accused was also arrested for allegedly committing an obscene act with her.
