The anti-corruption branch (ACB) of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is probing the allegations of fraudulently used forged OBC non-creamy layer certificates by two AIIMS doctors Dr Harsheet Raj and Dr Kumar Siddhartha, has issued a notice to the Medical Superintendent of Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) Hospital and urged him to provide certified Xerox copy of service book of the Dr Binde Kumar, director IGIMS and Dr Prem Kumar (ex-Prof and HoD) department of Radiology.
