70% voters in updated rolls covered by ’03 list

PATNA: With the final phase of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) rolled out, over 99% of 72.4 million voters enrolled in the updated draft ist have been covered by the Il prescribed documents, apart from hundreds of thousands of people who have submitted other documents.
