Nitish Govt's Caste Survey 'Fake', an Exercise to Fool People: Rahul

The caste-based survey conducted by the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar was a "fake" exercise to befool the people, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi alleged on Saturday, adding his party will stick to its demand for caste census as such an initiative is essential to plan development work in the country.
PATNA:
Gandhi, the leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, who was addressing the "Samvidhan Suraksha Sammelan" (translated to Constitution protection conference) in Patna, accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its ideological fount, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, of "undermining the Constitution" and neglecting marginalized communities in India.
