NIA urges HC for in-camera trial of Malik’s death penalty petition

National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday urged the Delhi high court to hold in-camera proceedings on its petition seeking death penalty for Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief and Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik in a terror funding case.
NIA‘s counsels Akshai Malik and Khawar Saleem urged a bench of justices Vivek Chaud-hary and Manoj Jain to provide a separate, private virtual link for hearing the matter. He also sought time to examine Malik’s reply
