2 held for extorting gold from 14-yr-old

Two people were arrested on Thursday for allegedly extorting gold jewellery worth ₹8 lakhs from a 14-yearold boy in Modinagar on pretext of getting him an iPhone, said officers, adding that two other suspects are on the run.
Following a police complaint by the boy's family at Modinagar police station, an FIR was registered under the BNS sections for extortion and criminal intimidation against the suspects on Wednesday.
