NEW DELHI:

In a letter to the Chief Justice of India, Justice Sanjeev Khanna, senior advocate Shobha Gupta said that the ruling by Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra showed that his interpretation of the law was "grossly erroneous, his approach on the subject is insensitive, irresponsible and sends very bad message for the society at large". She urged the CJI to remove the "judge concerned from the criminal roster".
