10K Medical Seats to be Added This Year, Says Nadda

Union ministry of health and family welfare will add 10,000 more medical seats this year, announced health minister JP Nadda on Wednesday.
NEW DELHI:
Nadda held a special address as part of post-Budget webinar series by the ministry.
"The Prime Minister last year announced that we will add 75,000 more medical seats in the next five years to the pool; of these 13,000 seats were already added last year, and this year, even by most conservative estimates, we will add 10,000 more seats," said Nadda during the address.
