A day after leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur accused Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led Congress government of trying to shut Sardar Patel University (SPU) in Mandi that was opened during the BJP's tenure, Congress MLA from Dharampur Chander Shekhar has accused him of using the varsity as a political tool.
