India's first AI-powered smart hemodialysis machine, RxT 21—making advanced, affordable renal care accessible across the country with real-time monitoring and indigenous innovation

Renalyx Health Systems Pvt Ltd has launched RENALYX—RxT 21, the world's first fully indigenous, AI, and cloud-enabled smart hemodialysis machine with real-time remote monitoring. Priced from Rs 6.70 lakh, it offers an affordable alternative to imported machines and aims to bridge the renal care gap across semi-urban and rural India.

Indigenously designed, RENALYX—RxT 21 uses cloud-based telenephrology to deliver safe, high-quality care to ESRD patients, including those with cardiac, pulmonary, or acute kidney complications. Renalyx is the first in India and sixth globally to launch a CE-certified advanced dialysis machine.

Renalyx will invest Rs 800 crores over four years to build capacity for 5,000 machines by FY25-26, and an additional 1,500 machines by FY27-28. It also plans to manufacture consumables locally, with facilities in Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Mumbai.

Renalyx plans to raise equity and debt, with promoter support and investor interest, and aims to go public within three years. Renalyx will begin deployments in Maharashtra and Karnataka, followed by pan-India rollout and exports, with orders already secured from South Africa, the USA, and Europe.
