HC sets aside order to disclose Modi’s degree

The Delhi high court on Monday said that Delhi University is not obliged to disclose details of PM Narendra Modi’s academic records, including his bachelor’s degree, setting aside a Central Information Commission (CIC) order from December 2016 that directed the university to release Modi’s undergraduate
degree certificate.
