Delhi HC seeks NIA response to Rashid's plea to attend session

The Delhi high court on Wednesday sought the National Investigation Agency response to a plea filed by jailed Jammu & Kashmir MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh, alias Rashid Engineer, seeking to be released on custody parole to attend the budget session of Parliament.

The Barapulla MP's plea also sought interim bail as an alternative if custody parole was not granted.
