DELHI HC ISSUES WARRANT FOR LITIGANT WHO INSULTED JUDGE

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has issued bailable warrants against a litigant who allegedly made derogatory remarks about a district judge and called court proceedings “stupid.”
A bench of justices Vivek Chaudhary and Manoj Jain passed the order on November 6 while hearing a contempt case initiated suo motu after a reference from a Karkardooma court judge.
