'Rabri baba' & 'paan wale baba' draw devotees in droves

Hundreds of sadhus camping in the sprawling tent city of Mahakumbh-2025 are captivating pilgrims with their distinctive looks, attire, 'sadhna,' and mysterious ways.
MAHAKUMBH NAGAR: Adding to their allure, some sadhus are drawing crowds by offering unique 'prasads' to devotees.
Pilgrims seeking blessings are being treated to delectable, steaming 'Rabri'—a sweet milk-based dessert personally prepared by the sadhus—and specially crafted 'paan' (betel leaf-based mouth freshener) presented by ascetics.
One such sadhu is Mahant Dev Giri of Siddhpur Patan Mahakali Temple from Beed in Gujarat, associated with Shri Panchayati Akhada Mahanirvani. He has become popular in the entire mela area because of his special 'Rabri prasad'.
