Youngsters at heart of all our policies, says PM

The Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is committed to empowering the youth, who play a crucial role in achieving the vision of a Viksit Bharat (Developed India), Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday, adding that both domestic and foreign policies, including recent trade agreements, have been formulated with their interests at the core.
“For the past Il years, the country has been moving forward with the resolve to build a Viksit Bharat, and the youth have played the most significant role in this. That responsibility lies with you. Empowering youth is a priority of the BJP-NDA government...” Modi said while addressing the 17th Rozgar Mela through a recorded message.
During the event, the PM distributed over 51,000 appointment letters to new recruits in various government departments and said that more than 1.1 million recruitment letters have been issued so far through Rozgar Melas.
