Tension Grips Nainital After Man Held For Raping Minor

A day after a 65-year-old man was held for the rape of a 12-year-old girl, communal tensions erupted in Nainital district of Uttarakhand on Thursday, with members of right-wing organisations and traders' associations holding protests, and pelting stones at a mosque, police officials said.
