India to be among top 10 in Global Innovation Index in 3 years: Shah

India aims to secure a place among the world’s top 10 most innovative countries within the next three years, Union home minister and minister of cooperation Amit Shah announced at the inauguration of the “Startup Conclave and Exhibition-2025” in Gandhinagar on Tuesday.

The ambitious target comes on the heels of India reaching 38th rank in 2025 Global Innovation Index — a major improvement from 91st rank in 2015.
