DU issues new fest SOPs, tightens rules

The Delhi University has issued a detailed advisory to all its constituent colleges, hostels, centres, and institutions to ensure the smooth conduct of events during the fest season.
This follows a Delhi Police standard operating procedure (SOP), issued per Delhi High Court orders, and the university's own 2024 proctor office advisory on campus security.
