Communal Tension in M.P. Town After 7 Held for Rape

Six men were arrested and a boy was detained for allegedly raping and blackmailing four girls in Ujjain district of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday after an obscene video of a minor surfaced on social media leading to communal tension in the area, police said.

Security was heightened in the village where the incidents took place after some Hindu organisations staged a protest and tried to torch the house of the main accused, identified as Farman Khan, in the afternoon.
