Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.'s posted a profit rise for the September quarter, boosted by massive onetime gains that helped cushion the impact of a production-halting cyberattack atits Jaguar Land Rover unit.
Net income was at ₹76,170 crore ($8.6 billion) in the three months ended September 30 compared with ₹3,450 crore last year, according to an exchange filing Friday. The profit factored in exceptional gains of ₹82,620 crore as the commercial vehicles business was hived
