An entrepreneur who launched a hair and beauty business after working in the super yacht industry for over a decade is celebrating a series of accolades.
Alice C I'Anson Widdows, founder of Wynyard Therapy, is showcased in a bestselling beauty industry book, and has also been recognised with a trio of leading industry awards.
Alice, 50, launched her luxury hair, beauty, skin and wellness business, which now employs 12 staff, in Wynyard Village in 2023.
Her success story features in the book titled Get off the Tools which reached a topspot in the Amazon charts.
Written by beauty industry expert and Alice's business mentor, Katie Godfrey, it charts how Alice turned a beauty salon into a luxury brand experience and tripled her turnover over the last two years.
