Woman jailed and fined for assaulting cops in Dubai

The Dubai Criminal Court handed down a sentence of six months’ imprisonment to a woman identified as (R.H.), a Gulf national, for the charges brought against her.
-
In addition to this, (R.H.) was fined Dhs20,000, and she would be deported from the country after serving the jail term.
She was also referred to a relevant civil court to look into other civil acts committed by her.
The aforementioned woman had been apprehended whilst in a state of drunkenness in a public place, and had incited a riot as a result of her intoxication.
