New law to regulate engineering consultants

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a new law regulating engineering consultancy activities in Dubai.
The law establishes a clear framework for classifying consultancy offices based on technical, financial, and managerial competence, ensuring that firms operate within their licensed scope and in accordance with their expertise.
