HRE Development has launched Sakura Gardens, a low-rise residential community in Falcon City of Wonders, positioning it for buyers and tenants moving away from dense tower districts and towards quieter, green neighbourhoods in Dubailand.
The market has seen sustained interest in suburban, nature-focused masterplans as residents seek more space and stronger community layouts. Sakura Gardens enters that shift with a mix of apartments and townhomes designed around courtyards, shaded walkways and a central park.
