Emaar Development's Q1 profit surges 49%

Strong performance driven by continued growth in Dubai's real estate market
The continuing growth story of Dubai's property market is reflected in Emaar Development's revenues of Dh5 billion for Q1-25, up 43 per cent.
Net profit (before tax) reached Dh2.8 billion, up 49 per cent.
"The success of 12 project launches across masterplans during Q1-2025 further underscores Emaar's market leadership and positions the company for sustained future growth," said an Emaar statement.
