Disappointed Landlord couple given 28 days to vacate pub – and home
Gloucester Citizen
|July 10, 2025
LANDLORDS of a Gloucester pub have been given a few weeks’ notice to leave by the brewery that owns the building.
The couple say they are “disappointed” at having to leave, especially after they say they had worked hard to bring positive changes to the pub.
Husband and wife duo Adrian Graham, 39, and Kirsty Graham, 36, are the current landlord and landlady of The Three Oaks in Robinswood, near Matson.
It had been Kirsty’s dream for years to take on the pub, which became reality in May 2022 - but now they have been given 28 days’ notice to leave.
The pub had not always enjoyed the best reputation in years gone by, yet Adrian and Kirsty said they had worked hard to address these issues and said it had become a place for everyone.
The Three Oaks was considered the place to go for lunch with your grandparents, to hold a wedding reception, and was even home to roof-raising theme nights which completely filled the venue.
