Jpr gets ₹525 cr boost for infra projects

Jaipur is set for a major infrastructural boost with development projects worth Rs 525.96 crore approved under the leadership of CM Bhajan Lal Sharma and UDH Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra.
In a Project Works Committee (PWC) meeting chaired by JDA Commissioner Anandhi at Manthan Auditorium, several key urban initiatives were sanctioned.
Notable among them is Rs 40.17 crore for widening the high-level bridge near Vidya Ashram School and Dainik Bhaskar to ease traffic at the OTS intersection. Additionally, Rs 5.50 crore has been allocated for tourism-centric development of the Govind Dev Ji Temple.
The committee also approved a General Arrangement Drawing for a new three-lane Road Over Bridge from Ram Mandir, Bani Park, to LC-225 via Hasanpura Chauraha, improving connectivity to Jaipur Railway Station. JDC Anandhi assured timely, transparent execution.
