IAS Ashish Gupta finally relieved, heads to Centre

After a prolonged delay, the relieving order of IAS officer Ashish Gupta has finally been issued, paving the way for his deputation to the Centre.
Although the Government of India had issued his appointment order on March 27, procedural delays at the state level held up his release for over 15 days.
