PHOENIX MILLS REPORTED strong growth in retail consumption in the third quarter of FY26,with consumption rising 20% year-on-year and 28% quarter-on-quarter,supported by festive demand and the continued ramp-up of new malls.

Retail consumption for the first nine months of FY26 increased 15%yo-y.Occupancy levels in the newly added office assets rose to 4.1% during the period. Analysts said Phoenix Mills’ leadership position in the mall segment, coupled with steady urban consumption trends, underpins its long-term structural growth prospects.
