NSE PAT rises 10% on volume recovery

THE NSE on Tuesday posted a 10% sequential rise in its profit after tax (PAT) in the first quarter of this fiscal at ₹2,924 crore.
It had reported a profit of ₹2,650 crore, a 31% quarter-on-quarter drop, in the January-March quarter. Compared with the same quarter in the previous year, NSE's profit rose by 14%.
