DRIVEN BY FAVOURABLE INPUT COSTS AND BACKWARD INTEGRATION

FOR VARUN BEVERAGES, Q3 is expected to be relatively uneventful in terms of volumes, as the beverage industry in India faces a wet-weather quarter leading to softer demand.

The India business is projected to grow by around 2% in volume, while the international business is expected to see a stronger organic volume growth of about 12%. Additionally, favourable input costs and the continued advantages of backward integration are likely to support healthy margins and profitability.
