TCS launches chiplet-based services

TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS) has launched its chiplet-based system engineering services.
Mumbai, September 11
With this, the company aims to help semiconductor firms design faster and more powerful next-generation chips, it said.
The offering will allow chipmakers to combine smaller integrated circuits—known as chiplets—into larger, more efficient processors. This approach is expected to speed up product launches and reduce costs at a time when global demand for advanced semiconductors is rising, it added.
