Appointed as the government's top economist less than a month before Russia invaded, Chief Economic Advisor V Anantha Nageswaran is guest at Adda today Ukraine in February 2022 and given a two-year extension earlier this year, Nageswaran will be the guest at the Express Adda in Mumbai on Wednesday.
