n his Independence Day address of August 2021, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi articulated a transformative vision for India's next 25 years-the ‘Amrit Kaal'-a period leading up to the centenary of the nation's independence.
Under the banner of Bharat@2047, he outlined an aspirational roadmap aimed at propelling India to unprecedented heights of prosperity, ensuring world-class infrastructure across both rural and urban landscapes, and nurturing a truly inclusive, equitable and harmonious society.
Calling upon all States and Union Territories to come together as ‘Team India’, the Prime Minister underscored the collective responsibility of realising the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. In alignment with Prime Minister's vision, Madhya Pradesh, embarked upon a comprehensive Vision 2047 development exercise-charting its own strategic course toward contributing to the national goal of a developed and empowered India by 2047.
On the occasion of Madhya Pradesh's 70th Foundation Day, on 01,Nov.2025, Chief Minister, Dr. Mohan Yadav, launched the Vision Document "Samriddh Madhya Pradesh@2047".
The CM said, “On this historic occasion, we dedicate the Viksit Madhya Pradesh @2047 Vision Document to the nation. Developed through public participation, this document is the foundation for building a New Madhya Pradesh - a roadmap for a strong, self-reliant, and developed state over the next two decades, It will play a leading role in realizing Prime Minister Shri Narendra Mod's vision of a Viksit Bharat @2047".
The Samriddh Madhya Pradesh @2047 vision represents government's unwavering commitment to Sampann, Sukhad, Sanskritik Madhya Pradesh.
