ICICI Bank raises ₹3,945 cr

ICICl BANK ON Thursday raised %3,945 crore through Tier 2 bonds maturing in 15 years.
The cutoff came in at 7.40%. The issuance includes abase size of $1,000 crore and the green shoe option of 3,000 crore with the call option after 10 years.
