RBL Bank Q1 net profit falls 46% to ₹200 crore

PRIVATE SECTOR LENDER RBL Bank on Saturday posted a 46% drop in its June 2025 quarter net profit to ₹200 crore as it faced challenges on the core income front.
PUBLIC SECTOR UNION Bank of India reported a 12% y-o-y rise in net profit to ₹4,116 crore (₹3,679 crore) for Q1FY26, driven by lower provisioning. The net profit was below street expectations, which had estimated the bank's Q1FY26 net profit to be around ₹4,245 crore.
