The trainee detectives who have joined Devon & Cornwall Police from Police Now’s national graduate programme
NINETEEN officers have joined Devon & Cornwall Police from Police Now's national graduate programme.
The trainee detectives have just completed 13 weeks of intensive training at Police Now’s national, residential academy - the first part of the two-year programme - and landed on the front line last week.
They are among 72 nationally and will gain essential front line experience on police response teams before moving into investigative teams, as the two-year programme supports them to become highly trained, qualified detectives.
