've just been sitting listening to people (who may or may not be our elected members of parliament) shouting at each other.
It is the Budget announcement, as if we haven't been drip-fed information as well as nonsense for the past few weeks.
Yes, we all know that the UK economy is in deep doodah - no doubt something to do with the squillions of pounds spent trying to extricate our country from one of the best trading unions in the world.
Where is the £350 million a day for the NHS that Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson promised us, splashing it on the side of their Leave bus? Exactly.
