COMMUNITY CENTRE OFFERS WARM WELCOME TO ALL
A NEW facility opened in Mablethorpe on Monday which promises to combine the town’s existing wellbeing hub with educational services and a tasty café.
The Mablethorpe Campus for Future Living (CFFL) is located in Stanley Avenue, opposite the Children’s centre, and it opened to the public on Monday, April 28.
The centre has an open-door policy and intends to offer a warm welcome for everyone - and suggest something nice that you might want to learn about - get a new skill or meet new people.
Inside is a very special café called the Wayfinder Café. Wayfinder will be serving Seven District Coffee from the Lincolnshire based coffee brewer.
The tenant landlord of the building, Acis, is a Housing Association across the East Midlands and Humber region which also provides wellbeing and education services through their subsidiary CLIP.
CLIP has moved into the Mablethorpe Campus already there and is running well-being and learning hub services hub services from this week such as the “Flair” course for 16-19 year olds looking for alternative to mainstream education; such as basic English and Maths, cookery skills, autism awareness and community based learning.
